Restaurant opening at 6:00 PM Dj AfterClapp at 8:00 PM Afterclapp is a creative metamorphosis by music producer and DJ Rodrigo Vellutini, driven by his long-standing desire to test the limits between musical styles. Exploring the endless possibilities of music by mixing it with rhythms and unusual sound elements. The artist's solo project uncovers sonic relics and adds tones of electronic, hip hop, jazz, lo-fi, soul, and much more to keep the beats danceable, perfect for different types of sets and illustrating the producer and DJ’s versatility. The single "Capitão de Areia" (2018) exemplifies this: with nearly four million streams on Spotify, it transcended borders to become a success abroad as well. The track’s foundation was a 1960s record, abandoned in history for fifty years, remixed with a refreshing beat — a perfect translation of the core principles of Afterclapp. His performances have enchanted major festivals and New Year’s parties in Brazil, including Universo Paralello, The Town, Reveillon Carneiros, Quartzo, Tribaltech, and many more, as well as prominent festivals and clubs worldwide such as Fusion Festival, Spiritland, Klunkerkranich, among others. Additionally, in collaboration with Bhaskar, he produced the soundtrack for the last season of the acclaimed video game Rocket League, blending house music with Brazilian sounds and percussion. Versatile as a soundtrack designer, he has won the "Best Soundtrack" award twice at the MIMPI Surf Film Festival for his musical selections in the films "Um Filme de Surfe" and "Mais um Filme de Surfe," directed by Bruno Zanin. From original songs to collaborations with musicians, bands, and instrumentalists, Afterclapp seeks his next projects to explore the unexpected, chasing new sounds and musical explorations. SAMO’s show is different from others because it features classics from the 90s, 00s, and contemporary hits, blending the innovative timbres of electronic music with the classic sounds of organic music and combining the energy of a live band with the expression and style of Rap — translating this language for a new generation while pleasing both live music lovers and the dedicated Hip Hop audience. The repertoire mainly covers American hip-hop, from classics like Snoop Dogg, Outkast, Dre, 2Pac, Eminem, and others, to current artists like Travis Scott, Kendrick Lamar, Post Malone, and much more.
